Shipping & Delivery

Products will be shipped by reputed courier agencies like DTDC, First Flight etc. Products will be shipped within 5 days after order/payment confirmation. Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. Claims of product must be reported to customer service department within 24 hours from Delivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days for any full priced unopened merchandise. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return of the product, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. The return policy is only applicable if the packaging of product has been pilfered or completely damaged on delivery not on sale, opened or used products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All claims for pilfered or shortages or damaged product must be reported to customer service within 24 hours after delivery.

Refund Policy (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as per the company payment refund policy.

Payment Refund Policy:

If you have paid us through Account transfer like NEFT or IMPS or deposited to the COMPANY ACCOUNT, you will receive a full refund to your Account Detail as per the purchase price of the item, after receiving the damaged/defective product, your refund will be initiated and the same will reflect in the account/card/wallet within 4-10 working days.If you paid via cash on delivery, after receiving the damaged/defective product, Spider Health will issue a cheque in the name of the billing person and dispatch it to the given billing address. If you purchase through gift voucher or any promotional code, your refund will in the form of an online store credit for the item, which will redeemed at www.spiderhealth.com. Postage/Shipping Charge will not be refunded.
